SHIPPING

exida ships worldwide out of the United States.  Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the shipment. You can also select from various service levels for faster shipping options if desired. You will receive an automatic email when your order is shipped from the warehouse.

All items ship from Pennsylvania, USA. Please note that customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

exida recommends you choose the UPS option for all shippable items.  USPS, while cheaper, is less reliable overseas.  Once the package leaves the USA, it can no longer be tracked.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES

When ordering from exida, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; exida has no control over these charges, nor can exida predict what they may be. 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

    PAYMENTS

    exida accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. All prices are in US Dollars and all prices in the web store are INTERNET ONLY prices.

    DISCOUNT CODES

    Codes must be used at the time of purchase—they cannot be retroactively applied. Discount codes are usually limited-time offers and do expire.

    RETURNS / REFUNDS

    We don’t accept returns or refunds unless it is due to a damaged shipment. We will ask that either the item be returned or that you send us a digital photo as documentation. We will then send a replacement item or a refund. 

    Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
